How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All UK orders typically get received in 3 – 5 working days.
Overseas delivery’s may take longer. All orders are processed the next day and shipped, you will receive your items within 30 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All exchanges and returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Your items must be in new condition, sales tags attached and in the original packaging.
This does not affect your statuary rights of a 30 days guarantee.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account and go to shipping address, you can edit the details for your delivery address.
Please note, if you change the delivery address after we have posted your order we can’t be responsible for the wrong delivery address, it’s up to you to provide us with the correct address.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has left the building and buzzing its way to you, we’ll message you and let you know. Most parcels (UK) get delivered in 3-5 days.
Some country’s may take longer.
How do I receive customer support?
You can contact us in many ways for customer support, by messenger, instagram message or email, we’re responsive and eager to help and resolve any issue you may have.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship world wide. However, beware that some country’s postal services are slow in some parts of the world, South Africa returned a parcel to us 4 months after we sent it.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes most of the time your items will come in one package. Typically we pack 3-4 items in one bag. For large orders (more than 5 items) items will be sent in more than one package.
Do you sell to wholesale?
Yes, we do sell to wholesale. However, you need to fill in a form to apply. We will review your application and get in touch to discuss terms if successful.
